Charles Hiltunen is an NRA Benefactor Member and an NRA Nominating Committee nominee. President of the Indiana State Rifle & Pistol Association, Mr. Hiltunen has 40 plus years as a seasoned attorney & lobbyist. After graduating with a BS, JD from Indiana University, he went on to attend the Institute for Organizational Development at Notre Dame.

He is an NRA Rifle, Shotgun & Pistol instructor, NRA Pistol Coach; NSCA Sporting Clays Instructor, and Youth Shooting Sports Coach. He serves on numerous NRA Committees including Clubs & Associations, Legal Affairs, Legislative Policy, Federal Affairs (VC), Hearing (VC), Public Affairs, and Special Committee on Organization.

Mr. Hiltunen is a dedicated supporter of all forms of competitive shooting and sits on the Board of the Indiana Youth Shooting Sports Foundation and the National Guard Association of Indiana. He is the Chair-elect of the Crossroads Council BSA. An avid outdoorsman, he is a member of almost all the outdoor hunting and conservation organizations tirelessly protecting our constitutional rights.
