Phillip Gray is the retired Director of Field Operations for the NRA Foundation. He led a staff of 57 and approximately 8,000 volunteers to raise over 30 million annually to support the shooting sports during his tenure. Since retiring in 2019, Philip has served on the Ross County Republican Executive Committee, the Board of Supervisors for the Ross Soil and Water Conservation District, and as the Republican Officer for the Board of Elections in Ross County.

Mr. Gray is an avid hunter and Second Amendment supporter with a documented record of results supporting the future of shooting sports through the mission of a solid foundation. He is experienced with managing team members, volunteers, fundraising events, youth organizations, national shows, and grants.

He has proven his strong commitment to the Second Amendment and his experiences will be a positive force to increase NRA membership across the country.
