"As a longtime volunteer for the NRA, I believe strongly that the Board of Directors MUST make changes to restore the trust of the members. It seems like many directors have forgotten that they represent the members. I have spoken to thousands of members who feel that they are no longer being represented. I hope to change that by representing the membership and not myself. We need to get back to the mission and core goals of the NRA. That is why we must do the following:
Recover from costly court cases and past errors.
Renew Policies & Procedures to ensure misuse of member dollars does not happen again.
Renew NRA’s standing and influence in Second Amendment protections.
Restore the faith of past, current, and future members of the NRA."
